Do you have a vision for a music project but need the resources to make it happen? From live events and club nights to podcasts and educational workshops, Marsm supports Young Producers to bring their creative vision to life with a paid music industry residency.
Location: Nationwide (with one day in London)
Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
Commitment: 30 hours per month for 9 months
Start date: June 2026
Marsm UK is a leading promoter of music and culture from the Arabic-speaking world. Supported by Youth Music’s Industry Connect Fund, we are entering our third year of mentoring talented young people. This 9-month paid residency is designed for 18-25 year olds looking to gain entry and insight into the music industry.
