Estée Blu

London born Neo-Soul, RnB and Jazz influenced Artist Estée Blu has been compared to the likes of SZA and Solange by NME. Her debut self-release ‘All’ was premiered by Beats 1 Radio’s Julie Adenuga, citing the song as “beautiful”. The young singer is also supported by The Roundhouse, The MOBO Awards and Help Musicians UK.

Hakeem Stevens

I am a highly motivated and experienced Marketing; Event Management and Social Media/PR exec with almost 20 years’ experience leading high profile award winning campaigns with global brands. A specialist in music and entertainment, I enjoy working in fast-paced, creative environments and have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage budgets to achieve maximum commercial impact. In the mid 90’s I was the first person to use Street Teams in the UK successfully pioneering this Guerilla Marketing technique with several high profile clients and projects over the years.

My career experience includes setting up/running a department, managing budgets, hiring staff plus extensive event management experience, curating & creating engaging content and Web 2.0 expertise. I am keen to apply the skills I have gained across the full marketing mix, including digital/social media, B2C and B2B, to an innovative organisation seeking to engage more effectively with their target audiences. As an adaptable, results focused team player, I am confident that I can add value by bringing innovative ideas and experience to a new team and also possess excellent communication; leadership & management skills.

Liz Coomb

Liz is a creative producer specialising in developing, delivering and leading small to large-scale events, projects and programmes for regional and national music organisations. Since 2014 her work has focussed on music projects with children and young people, firstly at the award-winning Newham Music Hub expanding their portfolio of events, flagship projects and partnership work before joining Music for Youth in 2017 where she led the development and delivery of MFY’s programmes that reach 60,000 young people across the UK each year.
Liz has recently gone freelance and is currently working for Sound Connections as Programme Manager, overseeing the Youth Voice strand of our work (covering Jess Loveless’ maternity leave), leading a skills-development project for World Heart Beat Music Academy in South London, alongside developing her own work around singing and women’s health.

Hailing from Luton just north of London, Lavz is a standout creative force in a scene currently populated by a wave of similar artists. She carefully blends Hip-hop, R&B, soul and jazz, to create a unique and attention-grabbing sound. Her lyrics speak of truth in a relatable tone from a favoured & flawed person. She will be sharing her music journey so far, and how Wired has helped in the process.
