As part of Creative Schools, Wired4Music will be supporting a group of students at an east London secondary school to produce their own music and performing arts event.
But we need you to help make it happen!
As the co-facilitator you will assist a Sound Connections staff member to deliver weekly sessions and support the group of students to produce their event. As this is a training role, you will be mentored over the course of 10 weeks and skilled up as a workshop facilitator.
You must:
– Be aged 18-25
– Be signed up as a Wired4Music member via the website [link]
– Be available to interview on 17 March 2017
– Be available for the final event on 27 June 2017
– Be available on the following dates for production meetings and events:

Essential
– Highly supportive

Desirable
– Some music event production experience
– Some experience of working with young people aged 16-25
You will assist the facilitator to lead sessions, working with a group of 10 students to plan and run their own event. You will have the opportunity to take the lead in running ice-breakers and activities within the workshops.
The deadline for applications is 9am on Monday 13 March 2017
Pay is £9.75 per hour. Working days are 8 hours for a full day, or 4 hours for a half day.
