Finding Rhythms is a well-respected charity that uses music for rehabilitation of offenders inside prisons in the UK.
Our workshops are led by music practitioners who are extremely versatile and skilled in delivering professional music courses, and in making sure that each each learner reaches their full potential. Each workshop results in an album of original music, and a BTEC qualification in employability skills.
To date we have produced over 19 albums of music and won a number of awards. In 2017 we plan to reach more offenders, in more prisons, and we are looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled musicians to maintain the high standards we have set in the past. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high level of instrumental skill, leadership initiative, confidence and good communication skills.
