The BFI is the lead organisation for film in the UK. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual to join our Film Fund Production team to coordinate applications to the Fund, with a particular focus on film production applications, providing wide-ranging administrative support and schedule management to the team.
The role will involve working collaboratively with the production team and senior Film Fund executives to coordinate the assessment of applications including logging applications, checking their completeness, and eligibility for funding; preparing and circulating documentation and correspondence to appropriate schedules.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role within a film production environment, combined with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and targets whilst working in a busy environment. You should have demonstrable experience of diary management and providing administrative support to senior managers, along with a proactive confident approach to ensuring that effective workflows are maintained at all times.
