The Events Coordinator will work closely with two Event Managers to assist in the management of the corporate and private events held at the Roundhouse. The post-holder will work to ensure all clients are given a first class service from the point of contracting to completion of the event. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties and also assist in the delivery of the annual budgeted income target of the Events Team.
Reporting to the Head of Events, this is a 6 month interim position which could potentially turn into a permanent role, depending on the needs of the business. As a result, our ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and will need to demonstrate significant experience in event operations and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is a keen attention to detail. It would be an added bonus if you were tech savvy and know your Risk Assessments from your Method Statements.
Contract: 6 Month Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £23-25k commensurate with experience
