We are now seeking an Events and Hires Assistant who will act as a vital part of the Commercial team at the Lyric. This position will assist our Events and Hires Manager to plan, co-ordinate and manage internal and external events and hires as well as act as the main point of contact for maintaining the schedules and bookings of our rooms and spaces around the building. With some experience in an events or customer-facing role, you will have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong written communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team. You will also have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise efficiently and meet deadlines.
