Key Responsibilities:
– To manage the delivery of creatively excellent non-TV album campaigns on time including (but not limited to) pack shot development, sticker, booklet design and VOD/pre rolls.
– To manage the adaption of assets for international product versions, where applicable.
– To manage stakeholders, including creative partners, in the delivery of assets on time.
– To research and conceptualise album ideas into mood boards, and develop these into briefs.
– To write sales notes that communicate the essence of the compilation and highlight product benefits and deliver these to the sales team on time.
– To write scripts of album products that succinctly communicate the essence of the product.
– To work with the digital team in the development of an online/social marketing assets for each release and deliver innovative campaigns.
– To work with the Production Manager in the development of exceptional physical product and packaging.
– Responsible for checking all label copy and album copy for each product.
– To work with Head of Creative Marketing on the development of marketing strategies for all releases.
– Manage invoicing and purchase orders to ensure suppliers receive payment for jobs.
– To liaise with external PRs in delivery of marketing initiatives and plans.
– To update team on competitor activity and identify music video inspirations each week.
– To be responsible for Clearcast approvals and Ad trafficking (with Agency support).
General administrative tasks when requested
– To update the Release Schedule weekly, including accurate delivery timelines for all projects.
Experiences & Personal Specification/Characteristics
– A highly creative person full of ideas.
– A high energy, autonomous, self starter with a can do attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
– Experience supporting the marketing campaign, sourcing new creative inspiration; liaising with agencies, PRs and organising shoots.
– A digital native with up to date understanding of the latest creative, media and social trends with the ability to translate these into products.
– Exceptional eye for detail and a good standard of creative writing.
– An understanding of the compilation market & a love for music.
– Ability to give and receive feedback.
