For 40 years, Shape has pioneered the active involvement of disabled people in the arts and creative industries as audience members, artists, employees and participants. Shape remains an innovative and barrier-breaking organisation, acting as lead partners for Unlimited and NDACA (National Disability Arts Collection & Archive), as well as delivering a diverse programme of training, mentoring and artist development activities.
The Internship is to support Shape’s Fundraising and Income Generation strategy by cultivating and managing a portfolio of low value Trusts and Foundations, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of other income generating activities and campaigns.
The job will suit someone who can effectively compile reports and statistical information, often involving the use of images and case studies, under the direction of the Programme Team and Senior Management Team. You do not need to have done all these things before, but you must be someone who wants to build a career that involves being skilled in these areas.
