Attitude is Everything is preparing to release our third State of Access Report in early 2016. This report will assess the accessibility of the live music industry by analysing 2 years’ worth of Mystery Shopping data gathered from hundreds of venues and festival reports from across the UK. We will use the feedback collected from Deaf and disabled music fans to identify current industry trends, discuss some of the barriers that Deaf and disabled customers are experiencing, and make recommendations to the music industry to help them remove these barriers.
Job Role
We are looking for a Research Intern to assist with the analysis of the Mystery Shopping reports by extracting data to collate statistics, charts and trends as well as gathering anecdotal quotes and evidence to back up our findings as particular topics of interest emerge.
The Intern will also provide support in writing up the findings and will be fully credited as an author on the final document.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to get involved in an interesting project that can affect positive change regarding the accessibility of live music events.
