Union Chapel is excited to launch the New Voices talent programme supporting underrepresented 18–25-year-olds facing barriers into a career in the music industry.

New Voices is the flagship new platform by Union Chapel x Lyrix Organix that champions the UK’s most exciting musicians, rappers and wordsmiths as radical activists at the forefront of change. New Voices is for the local community, providing profile, inspiration, networking and employment opportunities to new young talent.

‘New Voices’ has launched a talent competition which will award local, up and coming artists the chance to perform live at Union Chapel at a digital and live streamed show in December. This is an opportunity to share a stage with past headliners including, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Jorja Smith, Koji Radical & others.

Artists and performers who enter will have a chance to get feedback from our industry panel, including Frank Turner, Emmy The Great & Lyrix Organix amongst others.

We are particularly keen to encourage young people from Islington and North London to apply – please share with your networks, friends, families and peers.

Apply here – deadline 31st of October
