On 11, 12 and 13 November, the Royal Albert Hall will be buzzing with 3000 young musicians who have been invited to perform at the high-profile and celebrated Music for Youth Schools Prom concerts. With international influences and an eclectic mix of genres, from Daft Punk to Vaughan Williams, and Elbow to Tchaikovsky, the concerts provide an electrifying evening for even the most seasoned concert-goer.
An imaginative and energetic musical repertoire will be performed by a line up that ranges from a trio of folk musicians, through to a troupe of junk percussionists, and a classical quintet through to a 600-strong choir.
Discounted tickets for under 25 year olds are available for £5 (plus booking and transaction fees) in the Circle. Quote “Under 25s” at the Royal Albert Hall Box Office on 020 7589 8212 or 13857 online – accessible from www.mfy.org.uk/schoolsprom.
