Leading UK Charity for musicians, Help Musicians, will be holding a free, open to all workshop on building mental resilience, introducing different tools and techniques to maintain your mental wellbeing during difficult times.

Suitable for performers, composers, sound engineers, or people holding any other career in the music industry – this free session will help you to learn how to face these challenges and maintain your mental wellbeing through the tough times.

The session will take place on Thursday 24 June at 10:15 am, and run for one hour and 45 minutes, taking place remotely via Zoom.

Wellness professional Jack Williamson will introduce you to nine different ways to stay mentally resilient during testing times, providing you with tools and techniques you can implement day-to-day to help you build your own resilience.

We advise reserving your place in advance – make your booking now on Help Musicians’ Eventbrite listing.
