Songkick have an immediate opening for an ambitious Graduate to join them at their HQ. They’re in search of someone to work with their Customer Support team for a 2 month paid internship.
You’ll be on the front line helping the music industry and the music fans to get the most out of Songkick. We’re after someone who is driven by problem solving, with a passion for keeping customers happy. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional support for our users, and having accurate and exhaustive concert listings – your role will be crucial to making sure that this high standard is maintained! Alongside this, you will also be working on our new ticket platform assisting our Promoter Services and Fulfilment teams with the process of managing ticket inventory and communicating with promoters through the duration of on sale periods.
