The Poplar Youth Empowerment Board are hosting this ‘day of inspiration and career opportunities’ at the brand new Spotlight Centre and are inviting young people (age 15-21) from across Tower Hamlets to attend. Basically the day is about confidence and thinking a bit outside the box when it comes to careers.  It’s so easy to get tied down in the way you’re supposed to ‘find a job’ and what others tell us in terms of choices we make—the Youth Empowerment Board wanted to share some different opportunities with young people in the area, as well as show off the new youth facility…

Come on down, you will be able to catch a session with members of the Wired4Music team at 1:30!

Spotlight will also have open house sessions every day this week (Jan 6 – 10, 2013)  from 5-9, you can drop by and try out the facilities and sign up for free time in the studio!
