During 2018 Wired4Music will be supporting a group of emerging events producers to deliver their own music project and talking to people across the UK about music, art, culture and more.

But we need you to help make it happen!

We are currently looking for some expert facilitators, who will co-deliver sessions that support a group of producers in west London to run their first project as well as run roundtables to help us find out what other people age 16-25 from around the country think and want from music, art, culture and beyond.

We are recruiting 2-4 new facilitators to work across 4 separate projects, which are described below. As this is a freelance role, we are expecting some candidates will have varying availability and interests for certain projects, however we are also open to people who want to work across all three.

Project 1: National Roundtables
Facilitating 8 roundtable consultations/discussions in Jan 2018

A Wired4Music roundtable discussion is a structured conversation, designed to learn about participants’ experience. We see the discussions as a living survey and consultation, which provides detailed information about individuals’ experiences and needs. We use this to help us shape provision in music, art, culture and beyond.

Project 2: Ealing Music Producers
Facilitating 4 roundtable consultations/discussions and 10 production sessions across Spring and Summer terms 2018

Working in partnership with Ealing Music Hub, we will be supporting a group of emerging producers to create and develop their first music project. The facilitators will support this process, guiding the group and ensuring the practical success of the group’s ideas and plans.

Project 3: Local roundtables
Facilitating ad hoc roundtable consultations/discussions across Spring and Summer terms 2018. We are delivering approximately 15-20 sessions and you will likely be required for a minimum of 5.

During the spring and summer of 2018 we will be supporting local music provision in a number of London boroughs, working alongside Music Education Hubs, to gather information about the music experiences of people growing up in those areas.

Project 4: Primary Voice

Facilitating sessions with primary school children and supporting a primary school to develop new creative projects. Happening between Spring and Summer 2018.
