Maximum Pop! is one of UK’s largest (and definitely silliest) pop music, style, books, film and tech websites for 14-21 year olds, with 110,000 Twitter followers and 515,000 monthly unique visits http://www.maximumpop.co.uk. In the last year we’ve tripled our team, traffic and revenue. Even our mum’s impressed.

Alright, you need more convincing. In Maximum Pop! Labs we’re exploring brand new products on web and mobile that will blow our much-loved visitors’ minds. Like our Fan Projects Directory and Snapchat username listings.

Tell me what you’re looking for

We’re looking for paid part time freelance writers to join our rapidly-growing editorial team. You’ll need to be pop music and pop culture obsessed, an exciting and dynamic writer, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to work hard and learn quickly. If you know your 5SOS from your Fifth Harmony, this one’s for you.

London-based, obvi?

Nope. We’re a distributed team of 15 people working from home, coffee shops or under our blankets, in locations worldwide. We use tools like Flowdock, Google Hangouts and Trello to stay in touch, but you can be on the moon and still make an out-of-this-world contribution.
