Do you believe in the power of culture to transform lives? Arts Council England is looking for a Relationship Manager, Diversity and Music, to join its busy London area team.

Arts Council is committed to ensuring that all disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the post will be guaranteed an interview. Where possible we accommodate working from home, compressed / part time hours, job shares and other arrangements to help balance work and home life.

Based within the music team, you will be responsible for investing in and developing a portfolio of music and/or music education-related organisations and individuals, as well as sharing your expertise in equality and diversity across the whole range of art forms and disciplines supported by the Arts Council.

You will have knowledge and experience in one or more genres of music (and/or music education), and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will be able to support others to make positive change, and be comfortable communicating with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.

The role will involve writing clear and concise reports, assessing projects, monitoring client performance, and undertaking financial and data analysis. Further training in all necessary skills will be given as part of your induction and on an ongoing basis.

If this sounds like you, we would really like to hear from you.
